Key Accomplishments

I co-founded, managed and sold the first online knowledge-base for the health care supply chain 1993-2000.

In 2014, I produced a documentary on a US “honor killing” that I arranged to be shown in the US Capitol Building by three Congresswomen with the Justice Department releasing their first-ever report on “honor violence” in America at our event’s panel, which I curated and moderated. Our film galvanized the FBI to put the perpetrator our film is about on the Top 10 Most Wanted List.

As the coaching industry’s first publicist, I helped grow the two largest organizations for coaching from the infancy of the profession from start-up obscurity to national brands, adding “life coaching” to the American vernacular and growing its popularity in 51 countries.

My debut novel, The Seven Perfumes of Sacrifice, based on a decade’s research on the origins of “honor killing” in the Middle East, was lauded by the former first lady of Egypt Jihan Sadat, Publisher’s Weekly and Kirkus Reviews.
