How I like to work with people As a Cofounder

Working with other entrepreneurs is what keeps my blood flowing, and in many cases I don't take any fees or equity for my insight. My vouches show my willingness to help, and if I do get involved in a more intense role, I'm fair with my expectations for equity and compensation.

I'm also in the unique position to leverage my company's existing assets for the benefit of other ventures. I completely own AlertBoot so I don't have any conflicts when I leverage my team or intellectual property assets to help represent what would be considered my contribution to a venture. I've helped a number of companies get off the ground using our reporting technology and software engineers.

As an Advisor

If someone is just looking for advice, that is something I give for free. In many cases I try to help spread the word through my social media network or through articles I write for various publications. I enjoy meeting other entrepreneurs.

We worked together  •  Military Police, United States Marine Corps. Previously Business Development Executive, Brafton Inc..
Tim would be a great entrepreneur because he is already a great entrepreneur. He has helped me immensely with my startup and has provided gr ... eat feedback and overall direction.
Carol Amanya
They're my friends  •  Global Sales Enablement Manager, Trendmicro. Previously Proposal Manager, Fujistu Consulting.
I have heard the pleasure of collaborating with Tim on projects and I find him not only extremely knowledgeable in his line of work but also ... very driven and aware of industry trends and his client needs.
Rob Angell
They're my friends  •  Residential Solar Consultant, Verengo Solar. Previously Licensed Real Estate Professional, Boardwalk Properties.
Tim already is a great entrepreneur and embodies the very spirit of the word. He can both see the vision and create the reality, all while h ... elping others create theirs. Tim has always been a helpful resource to me in my endeavors and would be an asset to any team.
Ray Beckerman
They're my advisor  •  Member, Entertainment Law Committee of Association of the Bar of the City of New York and Author of Blog "Ray's 2.0", Ray's 2.0.
Tim already is great entrepreneur. He is a brilliant, imaginative person who has a great handle on what's coming next and on into the future ... . Perhaps even more importantly, he is a person of total integrity and loyalty. His knowledge of security and privacy in the internet age is second to none. His understanding of the internet, of software, and of how to get things done is unparallelled.
Sang Lee
We worked together at AlertBoot  •  Vice President of Communications, AlertBoot. Previously Senior Account Manager, AlertBoot. Tufts grad. Tufts grad.
Tim has led his start ups through the ups and downs of the economy and hi-tech sector since 2000. That the company has continuously expande ... d in the past 10+ years through an extremely competitive environment is testament to Tim's tenacity, risk-taking, resourcefulness, and leadership. His experience as a leader transcends the technical/technological areas to include the impact of the legal environment, the economy, opportunities that suddenly make their presence, and the social/cultural aspects that can make or break a start up.
