How I like to work with people As a Cofounder

Looking for the second and third leg in an ideal startup with the technical cofounder being the most important, as I do the BD/Sales/fundraising activities. Third leg would be Operations/Finance type, to be brought on when needed.

Want someone that is fully committed, that works well as a partner....people with big egos, or think they know everything can move on, as I am not interested.
