As an investor and advisor I've come across many early-stage companies whose science is beyond me. I've turned to Erin and her company as my ... go-to science advisor. She's helped me wade through the complexities of stem-cells and the human micro-biome. Erin's polymathic grasp of biotech, chemistry, nanotech, genomics and other sciences has meant that I can feel fully confident in evaluating opportunities that would otherwise be beyond my grasp. Erin is also a world-class professional when it comes to patent drafting and patent portfolio assessment. I'm a tiny client of hers, but I know that she's worked with some of the largest semi-conductor and pharmaceutical companies in the world. Some personal things about Erin that you ought to know: she's an autodidact who can learn anything swiftly and comprehensively. Her oral and written communication skills are superlative. What this means in practice is that she can translate complex scientific ideas into broadly accessible language without diluting their conceptual nuance. Erin would be a terrific multidisciplinary addition to the FD community!
