How I like to work with people As a Cofounder

I think partners should bring resources to the table that are absent, like a jigsaw puzzle piece. In that way the team should complement each other, while collaborating effectively.

As an Advisor

I would like the mentee/advisee to drive the relationship, in terms of where they need guidance. I can point to things they can do, people they can meet, or strategies, but ultimately they must do the work to get there; I can only point the way.
