How I like to work with people As a Cofounder

I enjoy getting hands on and am known for rewriting and revising ideas and processes to maximise returns. I am a natural leader and act as a mentor and advocate when working with co-founders, bringing years of start-up, sales leader and board director skills to the table.
I am a high energy team player who is easy to get along with and empathetic.
Informal meetings work well for me and allow for more spontaneous dialogue than structured round table meetings.

As an Advisor

I prefer to work informally as an advisor, as a guide at the right time. I typically immerse myself in a business for a while before giving advice - watching how things are done and questioning why.
I'm all about making things happen faster, with less burn rate and with more certainty of success.
