Key Accomplishments

Working with both Fortune 100 companies and Tech Start-ups gives me great access to very different operating worlds. They complement each other. Big business has "process" but little passion (usually), and Start-ups have Passion and often lack process.

Helping people and companies fulfill their potential and the goals that matter to them is the best thing I can think of to do. It is fun, challenging and always interesting.

How I like to work with people As a Cofounder

Guidance without agenda! Because we network a lot, we know investors, solid support groups and emerging tech. We help Co-Founders get the most out of their Teams and themselves. I also help them prevent unnecessary problems in the working relationship.

As an Advisor

We utilize questions to help them define the results they want. I make it a point to find out what's important to accomplish and what's important about how that accomplishment happens.
