Amy Graf
We worked together  •  Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, LeapFrog and Sr Project Manager, Packaging, LeapFrog. University of California, Santa Cruz grad.
Amy is extremely astute at seeing opportunities and being able to organize resources and people to tackle problems. She is able to do amazin ... g amounts with very little and has a great outlook in handling uncertainty and difficult circumstances. For example, she led an entire department of creatives when all 3 of her supporting project managers left the company, almost at the same time. She quickly instituted a new system and flawlessly managed an ad-hoc triage/prioritization system just to make sure we could get products out. Because of Amy we were able to get all our packaging out without any of the balls being dropped. She knows when and where to cut corners and just keeps dialog open -- the transparency really aided in dynamic teamwork. I've shared my own entrepreneurial ventures with her and she always has thought-provoking questions to help evolve my ideas.
