Business Operations stuff covered: We were up and running, with comprehensive business systems, immediately. Understands tech value propositions, pricing & positioning: Our products are positioned well and our user base has grown quickly and profitability. Can negotiate deals: We rely on Bob to write our contracts as well as review and negotiate contracts with our clients - without Bob’s legal skills our external lawyer bills would be 10x. Opens doors and closes deals: Bob gets the intros other’s can’t and has closed deals with some of the world’s largest companies as clients as well as with other tech company partners.
