You Should Know About Me

Key Strengths

Key Accomplishments

Deeply passionate about customer development. With SAP, I took a big risk taking a leadership role in a consulting project to deliver a go-to-market strategy for HANA.

Most of my career has been spent developing relationships with suppliers from Asia and Europe, building products (software and hardware) used at Intel for high volume manufacturing.

How I like to work with people As a Cofounder

I like working with people who are committed and absolutely love what they are doing. If you don't have passion, you will not have belief. If you have some coding experience, it's great. If you can talk through business development strategies, better.

As an Advisor

Regular meetings - I do Skype or Hangouts, but prefer in-person. Even 15' coffee chat is OK. My focus is always on customer development so I tend to figure out that piece of 'product-market-fit' before anything else.

I know Yashesh very well since we went to Berkeley EECS PhD program together. 1) He is extremely intelligent. As a Berkeley PhD, his techno ... logy background, critical thinking and problem solving skills are superior. 2) He is very experienced in both technologies and business. He has been working on the front-end of various technologies. Moreover, he has MBA degree from Columbia/Berkeley. He works on the business side for Intel as well. The whole experiences make him outstanding for leading a hi-tech startup. 3) He is spirited, keeps learning and fighting, never gives up. Yes, he is anxious to win. 4) He is thoughtful and persuasive. He is very good at formulating an idea, a plan or an organization. Meanwhile, he is equally good at convincing others of this idea or plan. Well, he is also good at motivating others. Overall, I strongly believe he is the right startup founder/leader.

Few of us have a linear growth in our careers. Whether we're coming from a tech background going into finance or have multiple pivots in our ... careers, a good adviser can help you find your path, in pursuit of your passion. Jennifer does exactly that. She helped a group of us while we were in our MBA program at Columbia find the right pivot and how to present our background and future asks convincingly.
