You Should Know About Me

Key Accomplishments

I flew an aircraft that went to the lowest bidder, at night. I've self-funded and spent the VC's money. There is a "right" path in every model. It is partly science and partly art. I help bring the two together. I've been with (3) start-up companies resulting in (2) successful exits. I'm tireless and love swimming upstream.
I'm comfortable being uncomfortable. Change is everywhere. Create it, embrace it but do not fight it because it is a battle that you will always lose. Be ahead of the curve and re-invent yourself every 5 years.

Michael Morotti showed a lot of leadership when we were both successfully working on our M.S. in Medical Informatics from Northwestern Unive ... rsity. We were in multiple classes together, many of which involved independent group work projects; and Mike was in several of the groups I was in. He worked well, and showed his analytical and persuasive abilities to keep up "directed" and "on task" with what was being done. As Mike and I worked together, we also communicated individually with each other, and I got to know Mike on a more personal level. He was always approachable, enthusiastic, and helpful with his insights. As he changed jobs, he showed a directed, resourceful, and tenancious desire to accomplish more as he moved into his new job. I think that his military experience and sales experience has helped mold him into the dynamic individual I have found him to be.

I met Michael when we were both students in the M.S. in Medical Informatics program at Northwestern University, where we both successfully f ... inished our degrees. We were in several classes together where we were in independent group projects. Mike was always instrumental in keeping us both on-task and focused. I also worked with him some one-on-one, and got to know him on a more personal level. He was always open to ideas, analytical, and thoughtful as to the "practical" aspects of what we were doing. He showed tremendous drive and tenacity as he changed jobs, and I know that he has tremendous enthusiasm and ability to make sales to people. I think also that his military career helped mold him into who he is. I would recommend him to your network! Gary L. Hamilton, M.S. (Medical Informatics from Northwestern University), M.S.
