Worked with senior clients in the technology and media industries on their most critical challenges to identify key issues and develop/implement solutions; duties include project/team management, client management, presentation delivery, financial analysis, and primary/secondary research; select projects detailed below:
• Managed 5-person team responsible for developing and implementing digital and eCommerce strategy at large US-based multi-channel retailer; led identification, valuation, and prioritization of new whitespace digital opportunities (e.g., acquisition of various e-properties, development of unique mobile applications, etc.)
• Worked with global tech firm to define product strategy across suite of hardware, software, & cloud offerings in both B2B & B2C; led multiple workshops across business areas to identify & prioritize key opportunity areas;
• Helped lead team at $15B+ Telecom company to redefine brand post-merger; oversaw initiative to model EBITDA impact of various potential brand initiatives; created implementation roadmap and presented to CEO
• Worked with Chief Marketing Officer at a $6B CPG to define its brand, identify opportunities for brand extension and develop a marketing strategy which was successfully implemented across the company

I am a proven leader with experience managing teams of various sizes and across multiple industry areas to solve problems in highly unstructured environments. I have strong analytical and project management skill along with a proven track record in outbound activities such as business development and sales. Finally, I do best at leading in "murky" and unstructured areas where I can add structure and shape to areas where there is none.

Finally, I'm familiar with the requirements to operate effectively in high pressure situations while never taking myself too seriously - if you can't have fun doing this stuff then what's the point.
