How I like to work with people
As an Advisor

Deeply engaged, pragmatic, proactive (half my advisees find I'm more likely to call them to check in than they are to be calling me.) I work sometimes with a partner who loves running pipelines to help manage all the relationships. I don't get deep in the product weeds—there folks are better equipped. But when it comes to go-to-market strategy, finding partners, and managing people, there I get detailed and active.
