My background includes building and leading successful cross-border partnerships in pursuit of wireless licenses in Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean and South Asia. I enjoy working on cross border projects with partners from varied cultural perspectives and backgrounds. This kind of work involves a lot of problem solving and the willingness to listen and adapt to local conditions and requirements. The experience has taught me to take a flexible and responsive approach towards finding solutions and achieving desired results.

How I like to work with people As a Cofounder

Co-founders are often driven by a unique vision of their business. It is important for a common vision and set of goals to be shared. This requires continuous and open communication between partners and creative problem solving when differences emerge.

As an Advisor

Open and continuous communication is the key to building trust between advisor and client. An advisor may add value by bringing a different set of experience and problem solving skills to the challenge at hand. My own approach to communications is informal. I find face-to-face communications works best.
