I have experience running business , sales organizations, operations. Currently at ebay running a 4.5Bn business with a 18% year on year growth rate. Design strategy- customer needs, marketing, product, sales, customer experience and responsible for execution.
Prior to that I ran a 6bn dollar business at Dell heading Online for Commercial business in the Americas. In my tenure we grew conversion rates by 20% and added 1Bn dollars to the online kitty in a 2 year timeframe
Also led process improvement projects resulting in more than 100M savings at General electric and Dell.

Sree is the type of person you want to be/around in the good times and the bad. I can describe this based on the three categories I selecte ... d above. 1) Tenacious -- Sree is a ball of energy and will not take no for an answer. We worked for years at Dell driving the B2B eCom strategy while Dell itself was transforming from a 'PC' company to a software and services company. We were able to galvanize the company around eCom thanks to Sree's tenacious drive, convincing our top execs that the companies transformation could only happen while enabling an efficient sales channel such as online. We grew the online business to a $6B business in our region and unlocked our sales people potential to go win new business. 2) Intelligent -- lets just say tenacity without intelligence is would be wasted energy and a loose cannon. Sree thankfully has both hence her energy and drive is spent in worth while efforts. From growing and fostering a world class team through top recruiting and leadership to thinking big in solving F500 company pain points in doing B2B business, Sree has hones in to the problem at hand and has the intellectual horsepower to resolve it. I think it is important to also mention Sree will also seek and surround herself by people that have strengths in other areas and compliment her skills and know-how and is not shy in admitting when she may be wrong or finding help - which in turn to me shows quality in her intelligence. 3) Resourceful -- This quality is Sree's hidden weapon. She is a master at finding the way ... I was always very impressed by how she would maneuver the corporate world and push our business forward even when it seemed impossible. She combines a fair share of street smarts with class-room knowledge and charm and would turn the toughest critic into a supporter. A great example was when we found ourselves many times against the ropes because of IT funding and she was able to get our marketing or sales team on-board to fund resources to ensure we could further our online business (which would in turn pay back in high dividends later in sales rep efficiency and higher quality marketing leads). She did this with even our toughest critics in spaces where online implementation was challenging (such as when working with the Federal government). Through these qualities - I am confident Sree would be a fantastic entrepreneur. She has what it takes and on top of that has a passion for doing the right thing - so I am sure whatever venture she pursues will have a positive impact on the world and those around her.
