How I like to work with people As a Cofounder

I am looking to partner with someone is collaborative, hard working, honest, fair, mission driven, takes ownership of their projects and is interested in being the technical lead for the start up. As i'm an extrovert (ENFP Myers Briggs) it would be great to partner with someone who has a different skill set/personality type to balance out the team.

As an Advisor

I am happy to grab a coffee or talk on the phone with anyone who is working in the healthcare sector. Some areas of interest/expertise are pharmaceuticals, digital health, electronic health records, operational flow in physician offices, health system redesign.

I'm also to chat with anyone who needs assistance with inside/outside sales/lead generation.

We worked together at Eli Lilly and Company  •  Senior Specialty Sales Representative - Diabetes Business Unit, Eli Lilly and Company.
I am thrilled to be recommending Eric Fischer for his entrepeneurial skills! In my first meeting with Eric, he struck me as someone who was ... not only brilliant, but someone who could think outside the box and as we spent more time working together, he proved to be someone who came up with the most creative solutions for our customers. We worked for a company that was very conservative and comfortable with the status quo way of doing things. Eric was able to challenge our manager and other teammates to consider alternate approaches that resulted in more successful interactions with our customers, and ultimately resulted in edging out our competitors when it came to earning the business. To sum it up, not only was Eric successful, but he was also a lot of fun to work with and someone I looked up to and learned from. To that end, I would strongly recommend him for anything entrepeneurial related.
