How I like to work with people As a Cofounder

Over the course of my career have developed varied experiences ranging from figuring out product-market-fit (MVP) to developing SaaS products, building and leading product, design teams, fund-raising, defining the strategic vision and executing on the strategy.

I'm a comp science major, developer (though I can't code anymore), strategy consultant (BCG), Harvard MBA; co-founder of two startups, on my third startup now.

Harman has the entrepreneurial drive. He's already started one company and knows what a startup is about.

We worked together
Harman has a passion for generating and implementing innovative solutions when he sees gaps in the market. He's also very amiable and charmi ... ng, great at rallying people around his ideas.

Harman has co-founded two startups and understands the ups-and-downs of entrepreneurship. I worked closely with him at NookOut. He's a very ... technical product guy - used to be a developer and has a very strong sense for building teams, works very closely with engineers and the team at NookOut loved him. He follows the lean startup methodology to the letter and is always thinking about the value the product brings to customers vs building first and then figuring out value.

I known Harman for over 5 years now and have firsthand seen his passion for startups. I helped him with the business model when he was worki ... ng on NookOut and he's been informally advising Monaeo (company I co-founded) over the past year or so. Harman has lived the startup life and his advice to me has been spot on, be it on how to think about product (MVP), fund raising, team building or strategy, in general. There have been multiple instances where we (my co-founder and I) wish we'd followed his advice.

We worked together
Harman is multi-talented and was a pleasure to work with at Kleverbeast. The most important aspects of his entrepreneurial skills include h ... is scrappy approach to solving challenging issues with lean resources and great workarounds, approachable and likable personal style which made the toughest meetings a pleasure in the US and Sofia, and his ingenuity when it came to architecting product and go-to-market options which included execution to fruition even with insufficient resources, capital and aggressive target dates. He's managed teams across geographies and overseen agile development of multiple products in one company. The HBS degree doesn't hurt either :) Harman is well connected and has brought that to the table for business development and customer deals. I think he will continue to be a successful entrepreneur in all his endeavors! Other entrepreneurs, engineers, designers, and marketing professionals would be lucky to work with him.

He's determined to have success. His previous experience in startups sets himself apart in that he knows what works and what doesn't. He'll ... apply these learnings to his next venture.

Harman is a serial entrepeneuer who is especially strong in the early stages. He opened my mind to lean startup techniques, and within a fe ... w minutes of chatting with him he had great ideas to help me out with my ventures. He has great vision when it comes to products and how to validate them, is a great communicator, and well connected. He's got the right ingredients for a startup CEO.
