How I like to work with people
As an Advisor

I'm a practitioner, not a traditional powerpoint driven consultant. My experiences across start up, growth and turnaround environments have given me different playbooks to draw from. I'm non-linear in my thinking yet can see patterns that most people don't. My approach is to offer implementable solutions to my clients. Representative recent engagements have included the following:

o Helped the Board and leadership team of a leading public business process SaaS and services company in creating a high performance sales organization and building out their technology ecosystem to create differentiation
o Working with the Board and leadership team of a PE-backed de novo company in the product engineering space in strategy, M & A, client engagement and talent development
o Helped the leadership team of a private financial services technology and consulting company in strategy and go to market
