Key Accomplishments

Ritesh Idnani is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in technology and technology-enabled business services. He has worked across IT services, outsourced product development, customer experience management, engineering R & D, BPO, SaaS/ BPaaS and RPA/ cognitive computing businesses. He has worked across start up, growth and turnaround environments. He has grown businesses from scratch to billion dollar businesses at industry leading margins. He is one of a few executives globally who has had exposure to both services and product businesses. He has run global operations and worked in B2B and B2B2C environments. He has worked in large public companies as well as in VC/ PE backed private companies.

Ritesh currently works as an independent advisor to Boards/ CEOs and leadership teams of a number of public and private mid size businesses across strategy, growth, go to market, sales enablement, marketing and branding, capital raise and operational improvements. He also advises PE funds on assets they are looking to invest in technology and technology-enabled services from a due diligence and value creation standpoint. He has worked on numerous SaaS/ BPaaS deals in the last year and is currently working on 2 active deals. He is also a senior industry advisor to a top strategy consulting firm for their IT, BPO, SaaS/ BPaaS and outsourced product development clients in the areas of strategy and sales enablement. In addition to this, he is an independent board member to the largest ground cargo handling and passenger handling company in the Americas, Consolidated Aviation Services.

Prior to that, Ritesh worked with Accretive to co-found a de novo business, Seamless Health, a technology and shared services platform to help hospital-physician alignment in the care coordination segment. Before this, he was CEO and Vice Chairman for a residential mortgage SaaS and solutions provider, ISGN (backed by a family house and NEA) turning around a loss making entity improving EBITDA by 15%, growing revenues organically by 20% and improving market share by 4%.

Ritesh spent 13 years prior to this at Infosys (NYSE:INFY) where he was one of the members of the executive leadership team that scaled the business from a $100 million business in 1999 to a $8 billion revenue business in 2012. During that time, he helped build the FinTech business from a $ 30 million revenue business in 1999 to a $ 500 million revenue business in 2005 as well the BPO business from a $40 million revenue business in 2005 to a $500 million revenue business in 2012. Ritesh also helped lead the last 3 acquisitions the firm made (McCamish, a BPaaS asset in the life and annuities policy administration segment, Portland, a sourcing and procurement strategy and technology asset and Philips shared services operations). Ritesh spent the formative years of his career at PwC and Citigroup in various leadership positions. Ritesh was recognized by Supply Chain Digital as among the top 5 leaders in outsourcing globally in 2012 as well as by SSON as a sell-side visionary in North America and Europe in 2011.

Ritesh completed his Executive Education from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania. He also has an MBA majoring in Finance and Marketing from one of the premier Indian business schools as well as a Bachelor’s in Commerce majoring in Economics and Accounting. He lives in Basking Ridge, NJ with his wife and 11 year old twin boys and enjoys running half marathons and listening to classic rock.
