How I like to work with people As a Cofounder

The working relationship among founders depends on the skills and roles each member of the team possesses. I like to be very transparent - as CEO of SEA Medical, I prepared a monthly report for everyone, shareholders, Board members and employees, which covered the status of the whole business. I prefer clear roles and responsibilities but the flexibility to respond to evolving situations, particularly in the early stages of a company, is essential. I like a lot of communication - so it is always clear where things stand - but the emphasis should always be on measurable execution.
