Key Accomplishments

In the very early 80's, I co-founded, owned and managed the first and one of the most successful Multilevel/ Network Marketing companies in The Philippines. Without the help of computers and other social media tools as we have today, we managed to build a militant sales network of a little over 300,000 strong and produce an annual sales volume of close to $5 million annually until we sold out to an Indonesian conglomerate in the early 90's.

Two years after the sale of my company, I engaged in sales and marketing consultancy work and established and managed the alternative distribution / direct sales arm of the Far East's premier and biggest pharmaceutical company, United Laboratories. That company was to be known as Marketing Alternative Ventures International.

Since then and up to the present time, I have been involved with consulting/ advising start up Network Marketing companies and some traditional sales companies in the fields of sales, marketing, brand development and manpower training and development.

On a two year contractual basis, I served as Vice President for one the Philippine's 3 largest banks and was a major force in their people re-engineering thrust by inculcating the sales culture into the whole retail banking personnel, from top executives to rank and file. This sales re-culturization initiative gave way to the formation of First Union Direct, the first and probably the only direct sales arm a traditional bank/ financial institution would ever have with over 35 divisions, and 6,000 sales agents nationwide. I served as its first CEO for a whole year.

I have also collaborated with companies in creating their product lines with the corresponding sales and marketing strategies and brand management programs. As a team player, I am looking to work with like minded people as their sales and marketing component. I am looking to represent unique, exclusive, cutting edge product lines with adequate funding to support their projects.

I have personally created and managed very productive sales teams for close to a dozen such companies. I have also collaborated with companies in creating their product lines with the corresponding sales and marketing strategies and brand management programs. I am looking to represent unique, exclusive, cutting edge product lines with adequate funding to support their projects. My approach and method are always synergistic, to create a win-win situation for the greater good of all-- company and customers alike.
