As an Advisor

As Scala's CEO, during my six years at the company, I reported to 5 Chairmen and served over 14 different distinguished Board Members. That valuable experience was full of mentorship and challenging rigor. I use much of what I learned from that experience in my advisory function for companies.

My 25+ years of experience spans across a broad range of commercial leadership in media, technology, and marketing. I leverage my real-world experience to help provide insight that improves navigation complex situations.

I help leadership teams on issues of strategic importance and provide support and guidance for the achievement of the organization’s mission statement. I meet with members of the management team to discuss key issues and makes recommendations to the management team. In my role as an advisor, I provide advice and counsel, not governance.

I have also mentored several Senior leaders in critical areas such as Strategy, HR, KPI's, Fundraising & Board Communication. In facilitating access to my network, I have been able to help bridge new commercial opportunities, financial support, as well as service provider contacts.
