Milton listens and gives thoughtful responses to challenging question of leadership, interpersonal relationships and issues which impact con ... gregation realities particularly in areas of diversity. He tells it like it is based on data after listening and seriously considering the narratives at stake. I have received wise suggestions from Milton when dealing with groups with significant impact. Specifically, working together on a board which takes care of people living with HIV/Aids he was a pivotal voice when working with people and non profits which their passion to, at times, to overrun the data. Milton was able to appreciate their passion yet lead them to receiving the data in an appropriate sense. This is not an easy job, or even manageable yet Milton reminds me how worthy it is.

Milton is honest, forthcoming and attentive. He is able to respond with sensitivity to issues of diversity and strategies of transformation ... with communities of faith and secular communities. Specifically, working with groups on HIV/Aids work and brining people and nonprofits to the reality of data and appreciating their passion.
