Key Accomplishments

I've worked in the entertainment business in Los Angeles for over 20 years. I've spent most of that time focused on making stories better by advising writers and producers as a story consultant and script editor.

I've also written for games, including 9Dragons which was Acclaim's most successful game, and writing clues for Pearl's Peril, a hidden object game that has made over $100 million and is one of the most successful hidden object games of all time. I've also written TV cartoons for Disney and award-winning short films. I'm just about to finish editing the next great book on screenwriting for author, client, and mentor Jim Mercurio.

How I like to work with people As a Cofounder

I like to work with writers early in their process but I can jump in at any time. Most of my clients who are professional writers consult with me before they start writing and they say it saves them time in their writing process. I also help prep pitches for write-for-hire work and I have been hired by producers who don't have in-house story development staff to develop exceptional stories for film and television. I also write pitch materials for producers as B2B marketing.

Julie is one of the smartest people I know. Her kind heart is always in the right place and her keen, rational head is always on straight. S ... he lives by her core values, walks her talk. She's very good at getting to the essence of story or message - and spinning it to fit the genre, audience or format. Any team'd be lucky to rely on her as a contributor.

Julie worked with me at Creative Screenwriting Magazine. She is intelligent and keeps her skills current. I'd work with her again if the opp ... ortunity arose. Thx.
