I've had the pleasure of working with Axel for the past 3 years where he has been consulting with our team in the creation of a new training ... methodology as part of a international technology transfer project with a communicated €500MM capital budget. The new methodology has been an undisputed success for 3 years running, and has been specifically recognized by senior executives within Bayer.
