Key Accomplishments

I have a CS background with a lot of business experience which has allowed me to contribute in a variety of roles in my career ranging from sales development to super charging revenue to product management.
You can find some key accomplishments from my last two companies below:

At Twitter:
- Founding member of the Revenue Operations team at Twitter helping grow it from a $5M business when I joined to a $3.5B annual business by the time I left
- Built and led Twitter's first data driven sales ops team which dramatically changed the way company made business/sales decisions
- Took over as Twitter's Ads API Product Manager. The API revenue had been stuck for 6 quarters and after overhauling the program, product, and team structure, doubled the revenue in under 6 months

At Dasient (security startup that Twitter acquired):
- Employee #9 and was the primary account manager and sales engineer
- Helped close a few critical deals that bought the founders enough runway to raise a Series A
- 100% customer retention rate of 80+ customers

How I like to work with people As a Cofounder

I'm looking for a technical co-founder who is just as invested as I am in making our venture succeed. I plan on being the CEO of whatever company we build because I have the skills, network, and forward facing presence needed to succeed in that role. My ideal co-founder is someone incredibly technical who can build the product and eventually hire AND be a great leader to the team of engineers he/she assembles.

Ultimately, we are going to embark on the most exciting and hardest venture of our lives, so we need to be committed, trust each other, communicate openly, set an example for the team that we hire, and always be aligned on the vision we are executing toward.

As an Advisor

My role as an advisor is to leverage my expertise and network to help the companies I work with make strategic decisions and get to where they want to go as fast as possible; minimizing time, cost, and error.

I personally enjoy playing a dynamic advisory role based on the needs of the founders/companies I work with. That can range from being a good listener when the founders need a sounding board, to actually working hands-on with the team on things like creating a go-to-market strategy, setting up sales process and team, and making product decisions. And where I feel like I may not be the best fit to solve a certain problem, I gladly make introductions to folks in my network who can - from investors to potential customers and from product experts to super star sales people.
