Michael listens! He genuinely works for the partner or client and does not attempt to "sell" the person on what he (Michael) wants to do but ... rather truly cares that he deliver a finished product that represents what the founder or investor seeks to accomplish. He is great about including in his recommendations and/or advice, the "extras" that he thinks will enhance or help propel a project forward but in the end he can keep it as simple as the client/founder feels (s)he has the time and/or money to invest.
