You Should Know About Me

Key Accomplishments

I am a product and technology executive with a passion for end to end user experiences and a strong track record of driving change, building & motivating high performing teams, launching large scale, high-impact software products and consistently delivering results.

I've worked on everything from operating systems to compilers to large scale services to apps to hardware... and more as you will see from my resume. I bring a valuable mix of knowledge from a wide variety of technology areas.

I have led large teams (>300) and built teams from scratch... I’ve been a startup CEO and raised venture capital (4 rounds!) during the market meltdown from 2000-2003. I've walked into troubled teams and turned them around. I've handled multiple team restructures. But most of all, I'm really good at rallying teams to get stuff done! I have a natural intuition about how to get things done, and am outstanding at building agreement and working to make the seemly impossible possible.

How I like to work with people
As an Advisor

I love to get my hands dirty - I love to know how things work! I am a big fan of healthy debate, discussing ideas from all perspectives... and I hate analysis-paralysis. I have learned to trust my intuition, and have a great track record of figuring out the fine line of "good enough". You'll find I am a great real time "systems-integrator" - I can take in information and correlate it all the different bits of stuff living in my head from all the different spaces I've worked in.
