Key Accomplishments

I am an MIT graduate with my Bachelor's (2010) focus in UI Design and Masters (2011) in Tangible Media design and artificial intelligence.

During college I worked on a number of startups as both technical lead and product lead. After I graduated in 2011, I moved to the Valley to work as a product manager for Ooyala, an online video company. There, I led teams focused on analytics, content management, monetization, and third-party integrations.

When I left Ooyala, I started my own company, which was funded by Y Combinator and the Start Fund.

How I like to work with people As a Cofounder

While by degree, I am a developer, I have focused my studies on disciplines that allow me to do product development and design. Being able to design products and understand the technical architecture enables me to efficiently create and push out new ideas.

I also bring a high level of enthusiasm and drive to any project with which I resonate. I love entrepreneurship, and I love the risk. With the right idea, I pour my days and nights into seeing a company through to success.

Nick Edwards
We worked together at Ooyala
Ryan has both vision and the ability to execute. He has a rare multi-talented skill set — he is as capable running a meeting with senior e ... xecutives as he is hacking together incredible products.
Christina Bognet
We worked together at Healthy Delivery Inc.
I've known Ryan for seven years. Before Ryan was an entrepreneur, he was one of the nicest and most intelligent guys I'd ever met. And now, ... he is quite literally the best entrepreneur I have ever worked with. I try to reserve such superfluous-sounding statements, but Ryan is an extremely rare find. It partially pains me to write this because part of me still holds onto the hope that he will one day move back to Boston and join my startup :)

Carson Darling
They're my school  •  Founder, Rest Devices.
Carson is a brilliant guy working on a really cool product. His passion for this company and and for his work is unparalleled. Carson and ... I went to school together where I got to see him excel in every aspect (academically, socially, etc.). He is the definition of well-rounded and smart. His mind and passion would make a great addition to any team.
