You Should Know About Me

Key Accomplishments

Founded, ran and sold a security and performance improvement software company in Silicon Valley. Advised several medical office software companies during their formation. Created software development protocols for design, research, development and testing applications before release. Founded and ran two non-profits for artists, art dealers, museum curators and collectors where "art experience - experience art" was fundamental to programming, education and scholarship. Invented a biometric-based solution to stop identity theft and its financial impact on victims, merchants and manufacturers. Active member of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) programs in California and New Mexico to stop bullying in educational settings. Enjoyed being the first female manager at IBM (back in the day). Created In-Shop Training for technical on-the-job instruction in manufacturing sites and financial institutions.

How I like to work with people As a Cofounder

Taking an idea or invention and moving it into a product, service or service product. Positioning the product or service into an existing market rather than inventing a solution where there is no problem. Developing a market plan that is scalable both horizontally and vertically. Establishing how to identify and measure the traction and inflection point for the business. Developing the business (prospecting, cold-calling, asking questions, listening, sharing and caring).

As an Advisor

Let's get started. What's the problem? What's the challenge? What's the solution? What needs to be done? We will discuss your goals (revenue-plus) and resources that are needed to meet those goals. Once funded, I will work 24/7 to get my part done on-time and on-budget; I will expect you to do the same. We will be a team and support each other using strengths that we both bring to the table. Ultimately, the final decision is yours since I am your advisor. Once a decision is made, we will do everything we can to plan the work, and work the plan. When I do not have the skills to do a task, we will determine how best to get the job done. And I am very happy to give you all the kudos for a "job well done".
