They're my friends  •  Chief Product Officer & Growth Architect, Treatmint Box. Previously CEO & Co-Founder, SuperMighty.
Holly loves startups. Her combined passion for the space along with her background in venture capital, new business development, and the fac ... t she is an entrepreneur herself makes her a remarkable advisor. Her skills and personality could be described as the love-child of Chuck Norris (in his prime) & Oprah who was raised by Richard Branson inside of some accelerator designed by Seth Godin on the island of Ibiza. Okay, so that may be a little stretch, but in truth, I know because she has personality mentored me through my last 2 startups. What makes her great is her ability to listen and provide insight into overcoming hurdles and helping identify the ones you don't see coming. She is brutally honest, which for an entrepreneur is pure gold. She won't always tell you what you want to hear, but what you need to hear. Her insights and tactical recommendations help me navigate a number of complex issues as a startup CEO, ultimately saving my first startup from potentially lynchpin missteps. She has helped me grow both personally and professionally with practical advice grounded in experience. Lastly, she is overly generous with her time. Which, now that I am thinking about it makes me hesitate posting his recommendation. I mean, if she expands who / what she advises, that could eat into my coffee time with her...what a pickle! (*walks away from computer to contemplate*) Okay, I'll post this recommendation. Holly has given me so much it would be selfish for me to not help an awesome human who has helped me. So if she advises you or your company do not take for granted just how special of an advisor you just landed. End.

We worked together  •  Co Founder, CEO, Comayers. Previously Marketing, Squareknot.
Holly is hands down the biggest resource for me when it comes to startup mentorship and networking in the Philadelphia entrepreneurship comm ... unity. What stands out to me is her unbelievable success in a predominant male industry, but you wont hear her complain about it. Always busy, she's willing to schedule out time for anyone who needs assistants. I'm extremely proud to have worked with Holly and I secretly want to make her the chairwoman of our company but shhhh.

They're my friends  •  Co-Founder and President, Near-Miss Management and Adjunct Professor and Senior Fellow, The Wharton School. University of Delaware grad.
Holly understands the business world and start-up issues. She listens to your explainations carefully, understands the problems, presents op ... tions and helps you think through various solutions coming up with a strategy and actions that can be implemented. She also follows-up to see the results of her suggestions. She is a very resourceful person who helps you to overcome difficulties in managing a business by looking at problems from strategic perspective and coming up with implementable options.
