Key Accomplishments

I have led the establishment and operations of global talent acquisition and talent management functions across several industries. The impact of these efforts has been improvement in service levels, decrease in cycle times and lowering of costs. I am effective at designing and implementing simple, intuitive solutions that help organizations optimize their people assets.

How I like to work with people As a Cofounder

it starts with an open dialog about a problem or concern they want to explore. I go through a process of problem identification, goal determination, solution brainstorming, data gathering, testing and implementation followed by continual process improvement.

As an Advisor

I tend to be straightforward, open and direct. I enjoy what I do and want to have fun doing it - if it feels like work, I'm probably not interested. I'm not afraid of making mistakes (I learn a lot from them) nor do I shy away from big problems. Learning is a core value for me - so I'll be attracted to situations where I can apply my knowledge to solving new problems.
