How I like to work with people As a Cofounder

In full transparency, I've worked on Exec teams of some of the fastest growing startups in Boston, been one of the first three employees, but not yet as a co-founder. I'm well aware of my strengths and weaknesses.

I'd ideally partner with someone who "completes me" and vice versa. I am open to a co-founder with solid product, operations and analytical expertise and rigor (not my key strengths).

Testing and giving direct yet constructive feedback in two main areas:
1) Product: HRTech or Collaborative Economy Platforms

2) How to scale your company by: hiring the right people at the right time with the right process and experience. There is a formula for this and it's not sticking your thumb in the air.
