Key Accomplishments

My professional focal points include strategy, marketing, and sales. After leaving college, I served on active-duty in the US Army Rangers and earned a commission as a Military Intelligence Officer. After leaving active-duty service I started a career in financial services that forms the backbone of what today is GXCi Consulting. I have worked with many companies during the past 15 years including Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, John Hancock, and Jackson National Life. I continue to serve in the US Army Reserve.

How I like to work with people As a Cofounder

My professional passion is getting to know what makes an entrepreneur and their product or service unique and generating a marketing strategy that will ignite the growth of their company.

I utilize a proprietary process called OPTIMA that guides clients to initially understand the most unique aspects of their product, “Who they Are” as a company and ultimately what they do best. Using OPTIMA we create a program that helps clients direct that message to their team and best prospects, this culminates in the realization of meaningful revenue and a high-energy culture focused on company growth.

Our process of increasing sales has both short, intermediate and long term paths for client success. In the immediate term GXCI expands the marketing and sales team for startup or small-firms by augmenting or becoming the sales team. We have an extensive business network of leaders and entrepreneurs with whom to market. As we lead clients to clearly articulate their value propositions, we develop a pool of ideal clients to whom we will develop and implement a direct marketing plan of approach. Over the long term, a multi-media campaign phase called "Expand the Brand" keeps GXCI's client firm in the forefront of people's minds.

As an Advisor

I believe that my most important role is that of trusted advisor. All of the work that I do is based upon establishing a strong relationship with my clients leadership team and working toward a common goal. That is what makes OPTIMA critical. It is a common language that we can speak covering Objectives/Outcomes, Priorities, Timeline, Implementation, Metrics, and Adjustments. We can hold one another accountable for achieving real results. Over time this accountability reinforces the trust in our relationship.
