We worked together at Nfoshare
Nikhil is one of the most driven, scrappy hustler I know. Having been in the entrepreneurial world for the last 3 years, I have come to appr ... eciate how invaluable these qualities are. Nikhil and I worked on a startup called Nfoshare, which he is continues to work on after my departure. During that period, I was amazed on how resourceful he was in developing the product through a team in India who were not nearly as responsive as most dev teams in the US. He was able to hustle Professors at University of Delaware to try his product even though Nfoshare was still in its infancy. He was very passionate about the company he had started and spoke about it with flair when people asked him about it. He was very charismatic in the way he presented and was able to get his audience excited about the product. He also lived and breathed the startup culture by reading books on various aspects of entrepreneurship, following blogs and attending events. He convinced me to volunteer at Tech Crunch Disrupt in NYC and advised me to sign up for the back stage shifts so that we can meet the influential speakers while they are waiting around before getting on stage. He made me read countless articles on entrepreneurs and watch numerous inspirational videos to keep current with the world that we are/hope to be part of. For the longest time, he had the disadvantage of being in a relatively small town of Newark, DE where web developers were rare and those interested in entrepreneurship even rarer. Finding investors and advisors was next to impossible. Through his shear determination, he was able to save enough money to make the big move to NYC so that he has access to investors and as a result being able to assemble an effective development team. I had the good fortune of being able to move out to Silicon Valley and take advantage of all the entrepreneurial buzz around me. I have always tried to convince Nikhil to join me out here. However, I am amazed at his hard work and determination to make things work in NYC. I wish him the best!

We worked together at Nfoshare
Nikhil is a great entrepreneur because he is incredibly passionate about his business. I was one of his first interns. We would stay in meet ... ings with Nikhil long beyond our required hours because he is great at the influence function of leadership. His passion inspired us to work hard and care about nfoshare. Nikhil is also perceptive and understands his coworkers strengths, using this to help his coworkers and his business. When I didn't have time to be the marketing intern, because he knew I'm a communication major and I like social media, he came up with a public relations role for me. Nikhil cares about hearing other people's viewpoints to improve his business. He listens to the market and changed his original idea to fit a smaller but more receptive market. He is a great networker who succeeds at building relationships with coworkers, other entrepreneurs and investors.
