You Should Know About Me

Key Accomplishments

I've built, lead, and helped others build and grow outstanding technology companies in the US and Canada. I have had the good fortune of a number of successful exits including a nine figure IPO.

I now spend much of my time helping early-stage founders achieve similar success, while spending time raising horses on my farm outside Toronto.

How I like to work with people
As an Advisor

Advising is much like leading - to be most effective, you need to determine what is most important (not necessarily what's most urgent), identify & knock down the roadblocks, and allow people to do what they do best.

Paul would be an awesome advisor given his experience and integrity. Paul played a big role as CEO of our company and I trust him completel ... y. The one item that's not on the list is that he's 'real'. No BS. I easily could have chosen more then 3 items from the list above. And he's a lot of fun to hang out with.

Paul Sullivan is one of the most talented leaders I have met. I have worked with him at startups. He has a unique ability to develop strateg ... y and turn it into actionable execution. He is a concensus builder. His skills in understanding the process of complex sales are second to none. Startups and entrepreneurs need to take note - Paul took companies during difficult times and made them successful. You need Paul to take your unbridled optimism (which is good) and rationalize it into an operational plan to drive product/customer/partner/investor success.
