Incubator

In common usage, an incubator is an enclosed device or equipment that takes care of premature babies until they get to term. But, in business terms, an incubator is a business premise where small startup businesses are helped to find their feet through provision of free or very low-priced equipment, amenities, space and sometimes even professional services. A business that owns or provides such services is also often called an incubator.
