Good fulfillment company (b2c and b2b) for consumer electronic device within a few hours of New York City?

We are looking for a fulfillment company w/in a couple hours of NYC with experience dealing with startups, an ability to send bothB2C (U.S. only) and B2B shipments (to organizations like Amazon, CVS, Walgreens), and ideally have experience with medical devices. We have created a smartphone-connected oral (and rectal) thermometer for fever (the world's first).

Have a look at ShipWire.com. They are great at B2C tools for shipping individual items to end customers and they provide integration with largest number of eCommerce platforms. They are not very good at B2B though but depending on your requirements that may be a good fit for B2B too.

Another company is Smart Warehousing. They are good at B2B and may fit nicely for B2C as well. The challenge is that they don't provide pre-packaged integration but they expose their SOAP API instead. If you can develop your own integration then they may be a good fit too.

I ended up using ShipWire for B2C and SmartWarehousing for B2B. This is not ideal but works for us at the moment.

I processed hundreds of thousands of orders with Randy's company. They are an hour outside of NYC in CT.

Feel free to mention my name when you reach out to him.

I currently use Shipwire and I'm looking for new options.

During the holidays they got so busy that they frequently did not ship my orders on time. They're generally slow at getting packages out (I can elaborate over the phone) and expensive, especially if your products use USPS. They charge a 75? or 15% surcharge, whichever is greater, on top of their already high prices each time you ship USPS.

An east-coast fulfillment house I'm considering now isFullfillrite, Orders received by noon ship the same day. Plus, they deliver USPS packages directly to a postal distribution center (skipping the local post office) which saves a step that can speed delivery.

Feel free to contact me directly if you'd like to know more.
