What kind of products do you expect to surge from Latin America in the next few years?

Latin America is a big market. Despite problems some governments faced recently over there, Latin American startups acquiring rate by global companies is constantly on the rise. What kind of products do you expect to come from there in the years to come?

I recently returned from Bogota, Colombia and a symposium on sustainable farming and urban agriculture. We participated with our partner there, Win2Sol Holdings. ...a couple of bright engineers who specialize in building domestic fish production systems. We are now partnering with them in a venture. They will design and build system for our markets here and we will integrate them into an aquaponic system through the addition of hydroponics vegetable growing systems.
