How do you see self-driving cars actually shaking out?

Who do you believe is best positioned to lead manufacturing, managing them, etc. Do you see any of the old guard surviving? What's the single biggest opportunity you see in this shift?

The old guard will simply buy into the self driving features, via a company such as Mobileye or whoever succeeds them as the industry leader. Self driving cars are still cars, after all. The real dinosaurs who go extinct in an industry are the ones who deny the shift is taking place and do nothing to react to it, and that doesn't seem to be the attitude of automakers today.
