How you look at competition, specifically when your going up against bigger, and better funded competitors?

How does that affect your strategic plan, if it does at all?

Our investor group wants to identify enterprises that leapfrog over competitors by improving the technology and/or the business model used by others. Competitors, of course, validate the size and nature of the market, so they are useful in that regard. They are also useful as potential partners or a acquirers. Sent from my iPhone

When going up against established players, it is necessary to be able to identify, how your productstand apart. Every player has a flaw and that flaw if capitalized can get you the leverage. Chances of the competition to either correct the flaw or buy you out are very high!
