Culture is king ... not words but deeds. Words on a sign mean nothing unless the Boss models that behavior ... Leadership requires integrity! Second, train every employee on how to read a balance sheet. (get them to understand the business and it's finances) Train all employees on group processes. Give operations workers input into process decisions .. the expert is the one who does the job, not the one who manages it .. Form automomous work groups ...there's lots more ...
