What is the most important help you want to get out of an accelerator (except for money)?

I am asking this community because we are launching a new acceleration program, investing $50k per startup and representing the next generation of accelerators - The Valley Labs so we want to hear from co-founders what is the most important thing for them when it come to acceleration....after running a few accelerators over the past few years we think we have an idea of what added value startups are looking for but it always helps to hear more from different people.

We can't accelerate any one with less than 20 years as entrepreneur and without a deep experience as a company's founder, doing managing a cash flow, a team. How can we advise some one to negociate a loan if we never did? Can we give support enough if we didn't started our own business and it took from zero to be a market leader? We will be not fundamental if we never faced a bankrupt. How can we help an entrepreneur to do faster if we never experience all these steps?

A couple of years ago I would have said mentorship, but now I feel that I have enough experience and access to information to pull it off without one (not that I don't need it at all). Still, for novice entrepreneurs mentorship is crucial, if it's good, of course.
And now I'd say the Demo Day packed with investors and the real possibility of closing round A on the spot is the main attraction.
That being said, perhaps even more importantly for me at this point is a help with building a team. I know it's well outside of the accelerators' comfort zone - they usually accept only ready-made teams, in fact the team quality is probably the main criteria for admission. But what if a solo founder comes to you with a product prototype which already has users and revenues, i.e. a validated concept and business model. Would you accept such a founder and help him/her to find co-founder(s)? That might be a great help, I think.
