What dreams and goals inspired you to succeed?

Everyone always had a dream or a type of goal that created that passion inside that they create. What were yours?

My initial dream was to become a Pitcher for the New York Yankees. I realized early on that I didn't have the talent to be a Major League ballplayer. My next dream was to become a president of a corporation by the time that I was 35 years of age. That dream was fulfilled when I became president of a 45 store shoe chain. I write about it (and other humorous and inspiring stories) in my autobiography: "The Crazy Life of a Kid From Brooklyn"

I help organizations thrive by building social transformation into your products, your services, and your marketing
To show businesses how to thrive and profit by turning hunger and poverty into sufficiency, war into peace, and catastrophic climate change into planetary balance--and thus to help change business from (too often) something destructive to a force for positive social and environmental change. The good news: this is totally doable. The bad news: it requires enormous mindshift and I'm not sure how many businesses are culturally capable of leaving the old ways behind.
