What are the best accelerator and incubator programs for startups in India?

appears that incubator turn out be a coaching centre. If there is agreement on this then best place is Bangalore to get coaching at low cost or at time no cost.

We are on the anvil of launching an Incubation and Accelerator program in India. There are various programs sponsored by Government of India as well as State Governments, by Educational Institutes and some Corporates, but the missing essence has been the Entrepreneur. All programs give the facility and a group of advisors, but none give them the Business Edge they so need.

An incubation center on the lines of Plug and Play Tech Center is required in India, where a complete Business Ready solution is available to the Entrepreneur at no cash cost.
