How do you re-make yourself?

Specially when you are dealing with a good amount of challenges where you can't be the person or professional that you used to be.

This is not an easy question. You need to find your own way to do this movement but reading will help. Look for a good mentor, therapist, and people to inspire yourself. Never give up try and works hard and always.

Find something you can do in the new area and keep doing it until people start to identify you by it. I've done it a number of times.

Carefully and slowly. It has been a disheartening experience. May you have good success.

When you can no longer be the person you used to be, become the person you've always dreamed you could be. Open your heart to the journey and embrace the change--it has already begun.

Fatima! This is a wonderful question and you're already off to a good start because you're open to the possibility. Before anything else, start from a position of well-being / happiness. Don't create the "new you" from a position of lack or you're starting off with a poor foundation.

From here - what do you want? That's the first question. Happy to lean in more, but I'd need more information.
