The Godz chose me to save the trees. They went to great lengths to maneuver me into a series of events that led me to the launch of Hempies(TM) Paper.

My reason to start my latest company is to try and save the U.S. and its citizens from the most deadly tax ever allowed. The failure of the healthcare cartels to bring life-saving technology to the clinic. And, I am an insider who has sold technology to it.

Having a background in designing and building medical devices I was asked to go on a due diligence trip to Viennato meet a company having clinical success treating tinnitus, dementia, and depression. They were raising funds to complete getting their EU mark and setting up manufacturing and distribution. Their technology, working in human clinical trials, was intriguingly non-invasive, using the same transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) allowed for treating depression by the FDA in the US.

I later was introduced to a company using a combination of photobiomodulation (PBM or LLLT) and neurofeedback (LORETA Z-SCOREUSING QEEG) to successfully treat Alzheimer's patients, non-invasively. That is, no drugs, drilling, cutting, or implantation.

There was NO MARKET FOR THIS TECHNOLOGY, and, the major sources of funding NIH, the Alzheimer'sAssociation, and others, dismissed the scientific evidencebecause it appears to be outside their political belief system. This is exactly the type of politics over science that took out Kodak, who felt the same way about digital photography.

So here was a multi-billion opportunity to disrupt an industry allowing millions of people to suffer and die becauseit did not meet their political party's beliefs. The scientists do not believe in non-invasive therapy, so they do not fund experiments, so evidenced based medicine, therefore, dismisses it. Because there in inadequate evidence. But there is compelling evidence. And far worse, the medical industry thinks that Hippocrates and his "do no harm" stuff is both socialistic and naive.

Those who control the market with the most potent Sherman Act violations ever ignored, and lots hocus-pocus, do so as the US healthcare system charges the most and is not the best rated. It could be the best, and most affordable, if it had what cell phones have.

Competition.

I liked how Microsoft disrupted the IT industry, and then was disrupted by Apple and Google I do not like how healthcare is managed in America, as the ruling cartels trade the public health for extraordinaryprofit, and barriers to entry and have almost everyone in medicine afraid to expose the racket or speak up against it, For the same reasons people in totalitarian regimes stay quiet.

The challenge here is obvious. If you speak the truth, you will be shunned by every aspect of the political system in the business and science of medicine. It is taught from the Ph.D. and programs, on up.

So I started a company to create IP around the advantaged therapies, start companies to develop them, and stay off the board and management so they each have a chance at disruption.

We are like a fund, but instead of doling out cash, we create IP, strategies, and evidence to move the companies up, as disruptive entities, and put them in play with those in healthcare willing to innovate and compete. Some will, and some will not. Most know better. The power of monopolies is to crush those who do not comply.

I created a company called Noothera, and recently sold the IP to an industrially and medically savvy company called Lumineu.

Both have web sites. Lumineu is seeking strategic partners, and select family office and Foundation investment.

Here is the patent portfolio that will begin to disrupt an industry better perceived, but far more deadly, than tobacco.

We have started similar companies for heart disease and cancer: Electroheaing.com, and we are working with a company dedicated to stopping the deadly oxycontin pandemic, another brutal killer trading on humanity's worst problems to make a huge buck for an unsavory few.

I am all for making big bucks. I start ventures to unseat the worst criminals in white collar crime in America, and simultaneously disrupt both Big Pharma, and the medical device cartels.

There, I said it.

Few in healthcare are so uncouth, so the emperor has new clothes, and your patents will dieearly deaths, if they are still alive. And you and the rest of your families are next Because fifty year-old pacemaker designs are not even Palm Pilots, and the iPhones never get to the clinic, because three companies dominate Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM), and do not compete. Not much.

This is the cost of allowing unbridled companies controlling the market who choose not to compete and to keep innovation out of the clinic

Political correctness amongst professionals allows this to fester.

More people suffer from Alzheimer's, then cancer.

Alzheimer's is in many ways, a worse fate.

Lumineu has acquired a solution that industry and the churches of medical science and guilds want to go away. But here is the smoking gun

Dentists use light therapy to grow healthy new gum tissue, and to even grow teeth! In humans.

How come it cannot help with heart disease, the nationals biggest killers? Well, it can.

But does not because of the old school guilds and oligarchies ruling healthcare. And heart disease using device technology.

If you doubt this, look up the scientific papers and patents of Uri Oron at Tel-Aviv University. And think again.

He is regrowing heart tissue in human clinical trials in situ, using non-invasive light therapy, and not one of the large cardiac companies (there are only three, btw), is interested. I have offered it to them all, as I held an option in one of my companies. This , and other innovations, such as MRI safe pacemakers I got the industry to adopt. Oh so reluctantly. I was helped by the FDA! They are the scapegoat of monopoly, not the problem.

Ponder why this could be, and you begin to unravel the mystery that the Sherman Act intended to prevent, over 100 years ago, and has failed. Some businesses are too big to failor comply with the law. This is because they run lucrative, rigged games. The CEO's would be fired if they innovated and risked the P&L. So I blame their boards of directors, myself.

This is the decline of freedom and the country.

This is why I started the company.

Companies, actually. I have to get off the boards to not be stifled.

Or interfere with their business potential.

Until one of them disrupts the stalled system of innovation in healthcareand delivers the next revolution, of non-invasive medicine, we are all stuck in a system that trades longevity for profit.

I wrote a book on this, if you are interested in more details, scientific evidence, unmarketed and patented innovations, and much more.

My newest startup that I am doing now is working on moving a factory back to America from China, the goal is to create American jobs and help build small business in America again. I feel the American dream of small businesses is fading away in the mergers of the multi-billion dollar companies.

James, that is awesome! I am so tired of hearing politicians, both republican and democrat who claim they care about the American working class, and yet every time you turn around, one of them is selling their company to China or other parts of the world to make a healthy profit. Much of the social unrest we currently have in this country is due to a lack of jobs. I agree, bring them back! I would love to hear more about your venture and see if I can contribute anything.

Being aware of your personal surroundings and asking what can change, what needs to change and, given the pace and breadth of technology, what advantage is there to change. In each of my past lives, in all of the businesses, I had a personal association (they varied, but I knew them intimately) with each idea.

I hope the idea was based on a large enough customer body need and not a situation where a market has to be found if the product or service is built.

By imagining a service customers want and do not have available. It all starts with customer need and desire. If you have to create the demand then you need a lot of marketing money. If you are simply recognizing a customer need it is much easier. Arthur

I run in a multi-trillion dollar industry that is growing 17% per year now and is expected to do that for the next 15 years. LED Lighting, LED Signage products, LED Waterproof products, LED Safety Products, LED Specialty products and more.
What I working on is raising capital to move my operation back to America now. American ran all the small business off around 15-25 years ago.
VC's, they are not so safe either to be honest and their time and money is gold and my time and money is fake!
So, I have switched to another plan of action. The real people of America, I am asking them for help and given them 50% discounts on their products that they buy and offering to give them their money back within a couple of years. https://www.gofundme.com/2r6h2ntg
What do you think of this plan?
