Assuming that EdTech is education technology, I would pursue a discussion with Hobsons, who is one of the top providers of tech solutions to universities in the US. If you have K-12 software solutions, you might want to talk to Blackboard. Here are some others as wellhttp://www.educationtechnologyinsights.com/vendors/hottest-k12-solution-providers-2016.html

Tim, check out EdSurge, and see what sort of opportunity they might have to publicize your quest.

Hi Tim
If you want to do a wider sweep, rather than just follow specific players, you could:
i) Write an article for education journals/magazines/websites and end with "we're now seeking resellers in the US (yes, this does work)
ii) Attend industry shows and chat to competitors/potential partners to find out the main/best players
iii) Call a few end-customer and ask them who they would look to purchase your type of product from

Best of luck

Alistair

If you are simply seeking a list of good resellers/consulting partners to contact, I suggest looking at the website of companies that are successful in the EdTech market. For example, Adobe. https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/partnerportal/
You can search for their authorized resellers, specifying education and country. I just did a quick search and there are 112 resellers for you to vet and target.
