How should I market my newly developed Vale-Focused Sustainable Organizational Excellence Model?

I see that excellence models like EFQM and Baldrige Criteria are not leading to sustainable business excellence. So I have created my own model. This is suitable for Small and Medium organizations led hands-on by the founder CEO.

I want to promote this model world-wide - through franchising to other consultancies. Another avenue is a comprehensive eLearning program for do-it-yourself CEOs of companies that what to achieve Value-Focused Sustainable Organizational Excellence.

How should I market and sell this program?

It seems like you have answered your question. :) 1. have you identified the consultancies? Once you have that list, then create an outreach campaign where you provide the marketing information. 2. For the e-learning program, a website and platform to deliver the e-learning course is needed. There are many to choose from as well as vendors who will set it up for you. Then you can supply the lessons and related content. A social media marketing effort would be a good way to build awareness and recruit students.

I am an entrepreneur and an experienced chief operating officer of large TV companies. I can't give you an opinion without knowing more about what problems you are solving. Coincidently, I am finishing some work at Harvard Graduate School where I have access to IBM's Watson product for predictive analytics and social media. Small and medium sized businesses are having trouble navigating social media so I would iterate your product with different categories before deciding. Not much help, but that where I come out. TM

I help organizations thrive by building social transformation into your products, your services, and your marketing
Develop a jargon-free way to explain what you're doing in one paragraph. Answer questions in that paragraph that people are likely to wonder--think of the journalist's 5Ws and one H--Who, What, Where, When, Why, How: HOW does this create sustainable business? WHAT are the key principles that differentiate your approach from Baldridge, etc. as well as from the DIY crowd that thinks they don't need to pay for any help? WHAT values are you promoting? WHEN will a business achieve results? Etc.

But right now, I read your paragraph and I have no idea what you're really offering, let alone how I might advise you on marketing. It's always good to be as clear as possible.
