Any ideas on how to scale a business without increasing headcount?

Perhaps surveys and beta testings could help with efficiency. Do you all have any recommendations or ideas in tech companies?

Hi Abhishek,

I would like to know more about your business so I can better assist you.

Part time employment, brand ambassadors, partnering with your suppliers/vendors...Ideas are dime a dozen. Scaling is a post Customer Discovery (i.e. learning!) stage and boils down toreachinga desirable CAC to LTV ratio.

It all starts with a good process where you learn about the opportunity you are pursuing and to having a team that's able to execute (and then there is "luck" & "timing" but let's focus on what we can control). Have a look at my free Startup De-Risk toolkit at Trep.ly and let meknowhow far you get.

Best of luck
