What is the best way to find seed funding for a revenue generating business?

What is the best way to find seed funding for a revenue generating business (generated about $75,000 so far) in the animation/video marketing industry? We have a working prototype that is steadily selling without any advertising, but it needs tech expertise which I don't have. Looking to raise money to build a team.

Similar to Martin's advice I'm a big fan of strategic partners as your investors. Sometimes this involves partners who wouldn't be direct competitors, but are influencers in that space (animation / video), who have added incentive to seeing you succeed. Depending on your product you may or may not go to those who are direct competitors (e.g. only if you've secured some bulletproof essential IP). They'll sometimes help you build your team. If that fails you can always apply to an accelerator, which can give you both investment and a team. If however your investors are also influencers in your space then your outlook can improve by 10x, and it's 10x to get additional funding.
